- Company means Biomagworld, which is also known as PT. Bisnis Mandiri Wisesa (PT. BMW).
- BAO (Business Account Owner) means a Person/Individual who has received the approval from the Company to become a BAO.
- Upline means a BAO who sponsors another BAO.
- Downline means a BAO who is directly sponsored by another BAO.
- Customer means end user of Company’s products whose purpose of buying is for self-use.
- Sponsor means a BAO who introduces Biomagworld business to another person who in time will be approved to become a BAO.
- BAOCP (Business Account Owner Commission Program) or Marketing Plan means commission, bonus and other profit calculation system and the career ladder/position that will be achieved by a BAO in his/her business development.
- Product means all products/goods that are sold by the Company through its BAOs.
- Leadership Position means BAO career ladder.
- Network means all of the BAOs that belong to the same group of a BAO.
- Crosslining means a situation in which a currently active BAO joins another BAO that belongs to a different genealogy/network from his/her original genealogy/network and that by so-doing he/she causes some loss to his/her sponsor/up-line of his/her original genealogy that initially introduced him/her to this business.
- BAO Card means an ID card given by the Company to a BAO as a proof in dealing with the Company, other BAOs, and Customers. BAO card lasts for 1 (year) and will be automatically renewed if the BAO has enough funds in his/her account statement.
- RVP means Reward Volume Program, that is a Reward Program given by the Company to a BAO based on his/her achievements.
- BA means Business Account (BA), that is a business name for membership within the network.
- BC means Business Center, that is an opportunity given by the Company to a BAO to develop his/her BA up to a total of 7 (seven) business centers.
- Virtual Office means an online tool for BAOs to fully monitor and handle their business account, genealogy, commission received, update personal profile, personal dan group sales activity, announcement board, reports from Biomagworld, etc.
- Cooling Off Period means the 7 (seven) day period as of the first day a temporary BA is registered to the Company’s e-commerce system until the day it is confirmed as a permanent BA.
- Starter Kit means the guidelines given by the Company to a new BAO that include some matters, among which are: Business Ethics, BAOCP, Catalog and price list, company profile CD, and Product and System Brochure.
- Stockist means a place or an outlet/booth authorized by the Company where BAO could buy products and/or get the commission, bonus and handle Membership administration, and information about the Company.
- Rebate Value means the value of each product that will be used as a basis of BAO commission calculation.
- E-wallet means electronic financial transaction statements in a Biomagworld business whose data is kept in the account statement of BAO’s Account Manager Virtual Office.
- BAO request form means the form that must be filled out by a prospective BAO before he/she is fully admitted as a BAO.
- Leadership Pin means a pin given to a BAO as a token of company’s appreciation because the BAO has achieved a particular position according to Company’s policy.
- Reward Volume Pin means a pin given to a BAO as a token of company’s appreciation because the BAO has achieved a certain amount of Reward Volume according to Company policy.
- Employee means the Company’s employee and is not a BAO and has no right to own a business centre as a BA owner.
